Don’t Go Breaking My Heart Music

A duet, framed like a record label: under a glittering disco ball, a singer in a pink jumpsuit leans into a vintage microphone while her partner — Jimmy Pepper himself, red as ever, in a plaid suit and sunglasses — holds the harmony and the spotlight in equal measure. Around the rim, the plea repeats: ‘DON’T GO BREAKING MY HEART.’

Drawn by Azzeva / VITROLA CARTOON Studio in bright retro lines, it is the studio’s cartoon couple doing what they do best: turning a love song into a stage, a stage into a circle, and a circle into a promise neither of them seems worried about keeping.

Jimmy’s other big number hangs in this same blog: Maxwell Silver Hammer, chalkboard and all.
