No. All of our items are **digital downloads** only. No physical items will be shipped to you. You will receive an email with your download link once payment is cleared.
After your purchase, you will be redirected to your Account page where you can find your downloads under the “Downloads” section. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your download link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.
All designs include an SVG file. Sometimes your computer may display the SVG icon as your browser (like Microsoft Edge or Chrome). This is normal and does not affect the file. Simply upload it to your design software as usual. If you still have issues, contact us and we’ll email the file directly to you.
Yes! You can use the **PNG** file for iron-on transfers, printing on paper, or sublimation. Just set your desired print size on your printer before printing.
This is a known issue with Cricut Design Space. Please visit our Troubleshooting Guide for quick fixes. If that doesn’t help, the file may have corrupted during download. Contact us and we’ll send you a fresh copy.
Yes, you can sell up to **50 physical products per design** with our standard license. For larger quantities or commercial use, contact us for a **Commercial License Upgrade**. Reselling or sharing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.
Yes! If you need a custom design or adjustments to an existing one (like resizing, color changes, or adding text), contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your project.
Our files work with most cutting machine software like **Cricut Design Space**, **Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition)**, and others that support **SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS** formats.
No worries! Simply log back into your account and download them again. If you lose access, email us with your order details, and we’ll resend them.
